3 Lions Chauffeurs – Terms & Conditions

At 3 Lions Chauffeurs, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to our clients, which is clearly outlined in this agreement.

  1. Contractual Agreement The contract for all bookings is made between 3 Lions Chauffeurs and the client/passenger (the company or individual booking and paying for the service).

3 Lions Chauffeurs is responsible for both accepting the booking and providing the transportation services.

Liability for the transportation services rests with 3 Lions Chauffeurs.

All journeys are carried out in a London private hire licensed vehicle by a licensed London private hire driver.

  1. Payment & Bookings 3 Lions Chauffeurs accepts payments directly. Drivers act only as agents and are not responsible for collecting fares independently.

All bookings, including return journeys, must be pre-arranged and confirmed in advance.

Drivers cannot accept, modify, or cancel bookings directly with passengers. Only 3 Lions Chauffeurs is authorized to handle these requests.

Prices quoted are based on information provided at the time of booking, and all online bookings are subject to final reconfirmation.

Rates and charges will be agreed upon following the completion of booking confirmation. A formal confirmation letter will be sent, including rates and any additional details.

By providing your email address, you agree to receive communications from 3 Lions Chauffeurs. We guarantee that your email will not be shared with third parties.

Passengers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire, and they will be charged for repair costs and any associated loss of use.

  1. Vehicle Allocation 3 Lions Chauffeurs reserves the right to change the allocated vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
  1. Airport Services All airport meet-and-greet services incur a fee of £13.00, covering up to 60 minutes of parking. Additional charges may apply based on the length of stay.

Airport drop-offs will incur a £5 drop-off fee.

Any alterations to the journey after booking confirmation may result in additional charges according to 3 Lions Chauffeurs’ pricing structure.

We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for online bookings. For bookings within 6 hours, please contact us directly at 07707 779155.

  1. Journey Conditions Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs, though we will make every effort to meet such requests.


The driver will use the most appropriate route on the day unless otherwise instructed by the client.

While we aim for timely service, 3 Lions Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as mechanical issues, traffic, accidents, or severe weather. We also do not accept responsibility for any consequential losses. Drivers will aim to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time.

We reserve the right to deny entry to passengers who appear intoxicated or whose behaviour poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers. The journey may also be terminated if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unreasonable or improper.

  1. Client’s Statutory Rights Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
  2. Payment Terms Credit and debit card payments are accepted with no additional surcharge. 


The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as 3 Lions Chauffeurs.

Payments are processed securely, and we accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are at the client’s discretion but may be added to the final bill upon request.

  1. Cancellation Policy No fees will be applied if a booking is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.


Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to pick-up will be charged in full.

If the passenger fails to appear or contact the driver at the booked time and location, the full charge will apply. If you cannot locate your driver at the airport, please contact our office at 07707 779155, and we will connect you with your driver.

Our cancellation policy reflects the need to reserve vehicles for your exclusive use, preventing other bookings for that time and date.

  1. Vehicles All vehicles are:
  • PCO licensed,
  • Fully insured,
  • Clean, both inside and out (weather permitting),
  • Less than 5 years old,
  • Equipped with satellite navigation and tracking devices.

  1. Drivers All drivers are:
  • PCO always licensed and carry their licenses,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Clean, hygienic, and presentable,
  • Capable of assisting with luggage,
  • Available via mobile phone.
  1. Lost Property 3 Lions Chauffeurs keeps a record of lost property and will make every effort to return items to their rightful owner.
